I'm sorry, I got it to open in sai, but the paint bucket tool does not work on it(the program is acting like the lineart is not even there), is there any way you could make a sai file for this download?

I think you need to set the lineart layer as "Multiply" instead of "Normal" :3 It's on the far left coloumn above the opacity setting
